Well, a great ending to the last tournament of the first 6 months.  After just slaying fish all week down at Jordan on deep structure on crankbaits and Carolina rigs, I barely could sleep the night before the tournament just knowing how the next day would pan out. The fish were primarily 10-14 feet deep and holding along rocky, steep breaks.  A Carolina rig was my main choice for the day along with a green pumpkin trick worm.  After finding 6 or 7 places in practice that were holding fish, I fished them all and managed to catch 9 keepers and all came on a Carolina rig.  Overall it was a very hot and crowded day on the lake but I had a great time and look forward to getting a fresh start on the new 6 months with our first tournament being at Macintosh.  Look forward to seeing everyone there!
